True to the name of the seductive rose petal and fragrant floral bouquet, delicately musky, full of raspberries and rose hips. It finds its maximum expression with cold cuts starters, dishes based on truffles and mushrooms, fish soups; it's great with blackthorn tagliatelle. It is the typical summer wine.
