Aged in wood for 6 months and the refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months. Full-bodied, characterized by soft tannins and fresh hints, perfectly balanced and elegant. Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. These properties ensure an excellent service life. Possible aging 8-10 years and more. Serving temperature: To be served at 18°C. Recommended to combine with fatty meats such as pork and lamb or game. Excellent with all cheeses.
