The Parlengo

This wine is made from pure Montepulciano grapes and has an intense ruby ​​red colour. On the nose it is reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and morello cherries. The character, the result of the terroir and the refinement of the wood in the traditional large oak barrels, expresses personality and strength while remaining firm and dynamic in the fusion of fruity pulp and spices in a soft and robust body and at the same time very supple. The long and sharp finish is embellished by the soft tannin. The ideal combination is undoubtedly with red meat and game. It is a wine with a long shelf life.
