Production and harvest: harvested only in the best years from the oldest vines of our farm. Grapes are hand-selected for a balanced and uniform ripening. Late harvest.
Partial fermentation in wood. Refined in oak barrels for over a year.
Recommended pairing: Excellent with seafood, white meat,
cheese and truffles.
Serving temperature 14-16°C.
