The Lacrima grapes are gently and directly pressed to limit color extraction. Part of the wine comes from the free-run juice, while the rest of the must undergoes fermentation after about 12 hours of skin contact. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short period of aging on fine lees. The wine is then bottle-aged for 3 months.

Intense pink color with violet reflections. Aromas of dog rose and violets. On the palate, the wine is fresh and easy to drink. It shows good aromatic complexity with notes of almond and wild berries on the finish.
