100% Morro d'Alba's.

Two harvests are carried out in succession, in the period from the end of August until the 20th of September, with selection of the bunches based on the degree of maturation and collection of the grapes in boxes.

We only use the dripping of the must and carry out an immediate separation of the marc. Then the fermentation starts at controlled low temperature in steel tanks with a short final permanence on fine lees. Bottle aging for 3 - 4 months.

Delicious when it is warm with snacks or cheese.
