The Di Ele from Giusti

VINEYARD

Our white comes from the vineyard "of the house of Peppe" which is located right at the beginning of our property on a ridge perfectly exposed to the sun. The vineyard, with a surface of 1.15 hectares dedicated specifically to the production of white, is planted in Verdicchio with some Incrocio Bruni vines. This wine is born from the best selected bunches.

HARVEST

Two harvests are carried out in succession, in the period from 05 September onwards, with selection of the bunches according to the degree of ripeness and collection of the grapes in boxes.

WINEMAKING

The must is immediately separated from the marc with a soft inert pressing. The resulting must starts fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks, with a short final permanence on the fine lees. Bottle aging for 3 - 4 months.

BLEND

80% Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, 20% Incrocio Bruni.
